Background

I began my career in real estate in 2001 in the Tampa Bay area of FL. working for Keller Williams. I partnered with several business associates and gave several quarterly first time home buyer seminars. My colleagues and I developed and implemented home bus tours specifically geared toward consumers relocating to the area.  I was a speaker at Tampa General as well as at the home shopping network  and spoke on the subject of the home buying process, new communities and the difference between TND’s, CDD’s, and HOA’s

I relocated to the Charleston area 14 years ago and now work with eXp Realty of Charleston.

In order to acclimate myself to my new surroundings, I affiliated myself with several asset management companies and have done hundreds of broker price opinions for banks.  I familiarized myself with every neighborhood in the Charleston Tri-county area and immersed myself in several local groups in order to get a feel for the people and the appropriate business practices.

I have spoken several times for small groups, such as BNI (Business Network International) and ABWA (American Business Woman’s Association) about market condition, the home buying process and updated tax benefits. I am currently a CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), RSPS (Resort and Second Home Specialist) as well as a CDPE (Certified distressed property expert) and hold a LMC ( Loss mitigation certificate).   I am an excellent source for local information.  Lastly, I have an established net work of agents around the nation and I’m a good referral source for wherever you're buying or selling.    My referral network is international as well as national and is ever growing!
